What is Puori V?
Puori V is a cutting-edge vegan vitamin and mineral complex for those following a mainly or wholly plant-based diet. It's part of our modern range of superior food supplements that have been specifically developed alongside renowned Green Kitchen Stories to cover micronutrient gaps that might occur in a plant-based diet. All products have been developed using highly bioavailable, all-natural, and where possible organic, ingredients.
About Green Kitchen Stories
We developed Puori V alongside Green Kitchen Stories’ David Frenkiel and Luise Vindahl. They are the couple behind an award-winning vegetarian food blog and app. They are also acclaimed authors of five vegetarian cookbooks that have now been published in more than 15 languages. David and Luise have gained followers all over the world and have assisted others along the path towards greener eating habits for 10 years.
Why do you need Puori V?
We know that eating a predominantly plant-based diet is good for us. Numerous scientific papers have highlighted its personal benefits – it is thought to reduce the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes (1).
Plus, plant-based diets are often high in some elements that make up a nutritious, balanced diet, for example, fibre and vitamins such as vitamin C and beta-carotene, but sometimes low in other vitamins and minerals like vitamin B12 (2) iron (3) and calcium (4) which are commonly found in some animal products, including eggs, red meat, and dairy products.
Puori V contains a unique blend of thirteen essential vitamins, nine critical minerals, and choline. This specific combination is carefully designed to perfectly supplement your plant-based diet.
How Puori V is different
puori v is formulated using wholly vegan ingredients within a certified plant-based capsule and fully by the Vegan Society.
